Accessing Non-Functional Safe Without Keys

Problem Description

When a Vaultek safe cannot hold a charge, won't operate when plugged in, and the keys are misplaced, accessing the safe becomes challenging.

Key Replacement Requirements

To order replacement keys, you need the unit's P/N (Part Number). The P/N number is located in the following three(3) locations:

  1. Interior of the battery cover door inside the safe
  2. Jacket of the owner's manual or quickstart guide
  3. Original product box

Why P/N is Essential

Without the P/N number, replacement keys cannot be issued because there are hundreds of key combinations for each model.

Solution: When P/N is Inaccessible

If you cannot access any of the P/N locations due to a non-functional safe, we recommend contacting Vaultek Support for additional assistance.

NOTE: An unauthorized physical breach is not covered under warranty.
