Safe Key Replacement Process

Required Items for Key Replacement

To process a safe key replacement request, you must provide the following items:

  1. Product Number (P/N) - Located on the rear of the battery cover door or inside cover of the owner's manual
  2. Proof of Purchase - One of the following:
    • Order number
    • Copy of local receipt
  3. Completed Affidavit - Must be notarized (see requirements below)

Affidavit Requirements

  • Complete the affidavit in its entirety
  • Include notary stamp and signature
  • Include the ticket number from your support request
  • Most banks offer free notary services for members

Mailing Instructions

Mail the completed, notarized affidavit to the address provided on the affidavit form.

Expedited Processing Option

For faster processing, you may: - Send a digital copy of the affidavit - Provide a tracking number for a registered letter containing the original affidavit

Payment Process

Once the affidavit is received: - An invoice will be issued for replacement keys and shipping 

Important Notes

  • Paper checks are NOT accepted
  • All affidavit requirements must be met before processing
  • Include your support ticket number on all correspondence
