Out-of-Warranty Repair Service
When your Vaultek safe is no longer covered under warranty, a complete diagnostic evaluation and repair service is available for a modest fee.
How to Request Out-of-Warranty Repairs
- Contact Vaultek support with your safe's model and product number
- Provide details about the issue you're experiencing
- Request a PayPal invoice for the diagnostic and repair fee
- Wait for payment confirmation from support staff

- A PayPal invoice will be sent upon request
- Note: A PayPal account is not required to pay on a PayPal invoice
- Payment must be received before shipping instructions are provided

Important Shipping Requirements
- Write your ticket number on a visible place on the shipping box
- Remove and keep the lithium-ion battery (if applicable)
- Place ONE key in a sealed bag on the outside of the safe
- Provide tracking information as soon as possible - this is required for the repair team to process your safe

- Vaultek covers: Return shipping of repaired or replaced safe
Packing Recommendations
If original retail box and foam padding are unavailable:
- Purchase appropriate packing materials
- Proper packaging prevents shipping damage
- Failure to pack properly may result in damage to your safe

- Missing tracking information will delay the return of your safe
