Return Options
Vaultek offers two options for returning products:
Option 1: Self-Ship Return
Send the unwanted item(s) back to:

Requirements: - Provide return tracking information when available - Full product refund. The original shipping fee is not eligible for a refund, since it is a service that has already been rendered.
Option 2: Prepaid Return Label
Request a prepaid return label (PDF) from Vaultek support.
Requirements: - Return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Typically, it is the same amount as the original shipping fee. The original shipping fee is not eligible for a refund, since it is a service that has already been rendered.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in new or like-new condition
- Returns are subject to denial if conditions are not met
- Refund will be processed when the return has been received
Refund Timeline
- Refunds can take two to four business days to post back to your account
- Processing begins after Vaultek receives the returned item
