How to Return Vaultek Products

Return Options

Vaultek offers two options for returning products:

Option 1: Self-Ship Return

Send the unwanted item(s) back to:

Vaultek Safes INC
Emma Oaks Trail
Suite Number
Lake Mary, FL

Requirements: - Provide return tracking information when available - Full product refund.  The original shipping fee is not eligible for a refund, since it is a service that has already been rendered.

Option 2: Prepaid Return Label

Request a prepaid return label (PDF) from Vaultek support.

Requirements: - Return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.  Typically, it is the same amount as the original shipping fee.  The original shipping fee is not eligible for a refund, since it is a service that has already been rendered.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in new or like-new condition
  • Returns are subject to denial if conditions are not met
  • Refund will be processed when the return has been received

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds can take two to four business days to post back to your account
  • Processing begins after Vaultek receives the returned item

How to Proceed

Contact Vaultek support to specify which return option you prefer, and we will provide the necessary instructions or prepaid label.
