LifePod 10

Product Name: LifePod 10
Also Known As: LifePod 1.0
SKU Prefix: VLP10
Biometric SKU Prefix: BLP10

Examples:

• VLP10 = LifePod 10
• VLP10-BK = LifePod 10
• VLP10-TG = LifePod 10
• VLP10-WT = LifePod 10
• VLP10-OG = LifePod 10
• VLP10-GL = LifePod 10
• VLP10-DR = LifePod 10
• VLP10-DB = LifePod 10

If a customer references VLP10 or BLP10, they are referring to a LifePod 10 product.

If a customer references VLP20 or BLP20, they are referring to a LifePod 20 product.

LifePod X

Product Name: LifePod X
Series: X Series
SKU Prefix: MC

Examples:

• MC = LifePod X
• MC-BK = LifePod X
• MC-FG = LifePod X
• MC-GL = LifePod X

If a customer references MC or an SKU beginning with MC, they are referring to a LifePod X Series product.

 

LifePod XE

Product Name: LifePod XE
Also Known As: LifePod XE
SKU Prefixes: XEB, XEBi, XESi

Examples:

• XEB-BK = LifePod XE
• XEBi-BK = Biometric LifePod XE
• XESi-BK = Biometric LifePod XE
• XESi-GR = Biometric LifePod XE
• XESi-SA = Biometric LifePod XE
• XESi-SD = Biometric LifePod XE

If a customer references XEB, XEBi, XESi, or a SKU beginning with one of these prefixes, they are referring to a LifePod XE product.

V30

Product Name: V30
Series: VT Series
Model: V30

Examples:

• V30 = Vaultek V30
• Any SKU beginning with V30 refers to the V30 model.

If a customer references V30, they are referring to the Vaultek V30 safe.

NSL200

Product Name: NSL200i-BK
Series: Slider Series
Model: NSL200

Examples:

• NSL200 = Vaultek NSL200
• NSL200i = Vaultek NSL200
• Any SKU beginning with NSL200 refers to the NSL200 model.

If a customer references NSL200, they are referring to the NSL200i-BK Slider safe.

SL2

Product Name: SL2
Series: Slider Series
Model: SL2i-BK

Examples:

• SL2 = Vaultek SL2
• Any SKU beginning with SL2 refers to the SL2 model.

If a customer references SL2, they are referring to the Vaultek SL2i-BK Slider safe.

If a customer references XRC, XRC100i, XRC100i-BK, XRC100i-BK-SE, or a SKU beginning with XRC100i, they are referring to the Vaultek XRC safe.

 

MX Series

Product Name: MX Series
Series: MX Series
Current Models: MX2e, MX2i, NMX2i, EMX2i
Legacy Models: MX, MXE, NMX, NMXi
SKU Prefixes: MX2e, MX2i, NMX2i, EMX2i, MX, MXE, NMX, NMXi

Current MX Series

Examples:

• MX2e = Vaultek MX2e

• MX2e-BK = Vaultek MX2e

• MX2e-BK-SP = Vaultek MX2e

• MX2i = Vaultek MX2i

• MX2i-BK = Vaultek MX2i

• MX2i-BK-SP = Vaultek MX2i

• NMX2i = Vaultek MX2i

• NMX2i-BK = Vaultek MX2i

• NMX2i-BK-SP = Vaultek MX2i

• EMX2i = Vaultek MX2i

• EMX2i-BK-A = Vaultek MX2i

NMX2i and EMX2i SKUs are associated with the Vaultek MX2i model even though the SKUs do not begin with MX2i.

Legacy MX Series

The following are legacy Vaultek MX Series SKUs and models:

• MX = Legacy Vaultek MX Series

• MX-BK = Legacy Vaultek MX Series

• MXE = Legacy Vaultek MX Series

• MXE-BK = Legacy Vaultek MX Series

• NMX = Legacy Vaultek MX Series

• NMX-BK = Legacy Vaultek MX Series

• NMXi = Legacy Vaultek MX Series

• NMXi-BK = Legacy Vaultek MX Series

If a customer references MX, MXE, NMX, NMXi, MX2e, MX2i, NMX2i, EMX2i, or an SKU beginning with one of these prefixes, they are referring to a product in the Vaultek MX Series.

Legacy MX, MXE, NMX, and NMXi products should not automatically be treated as MX2e or MX2i. Use the specific model or SKU provided by the customer when locating product information or troubleshooting instructions.

General SKU Recognition Rules

When a customer provides only part of an SKU, model number, or product prefix, use the associations in this article to identify the related Vaultek product.

Examples:

• "What colors does MC come in?" → MC refers to LifePod X.
• "What are the dimensions of NSL200?" → NSL200 refers to the NSL200i-BK Slider safe.
• "How big is the SL2?" → SL2 refers to the SL2 Slider safe.
• "What colors are available for VLP10?" → VLP10 refers to LifePod 10.
• "What product is BLP20?" → BLP20 refers to the biometric LifePod 20.
• "What are the dimensions of XRC100i?" → XRC100i refers to the Vaultek XRC safe.

A partial SKU does not need to match the full SKU exactly if the SKU prefix or model number identifies the product.
