Hello Valued Vaultek Customer!

To toggle between ViSN and Essential Modes, press the '5' & PROGRAM buttons together for three(3) seconds.

If the '1' key lights up GREEN, then you have toggled the safe to Essential Mode.

If the '2' key lights up GREEN, then you have toggled the safe to ViSN Mode.

To better assist you, we have included a video tutorial for switching your ViSN safe10/20/30 safe to Essential Mode.
