Issue Description

If your Lifepod will not open and has never been opened before, the device may have pressurized during transit. The LifePod is never shipped in the locked position.

Solution Steps

Step 1: Release Pressure via Keyhole Door(Peel back protective rubber keyhole cover)

Open the keyhole door to release any built-up pressure that may have occurred during shipping.

Important Note

The LifePod is not rechargeable. The micro-USB connection is designed for emergency power only in the event your battery dies, not for regular charging.
