Problem Description

If your Pro VTi safe has a loose female USB port that doesn't connect effectively when plugged in for charging, this issue can be serviced even if the safe is no longer under warranty.

Diagnostic Fee: $50 - Complete diagnostic evaluation including repairs - PayPal invoice available upon request.

  • Pay shipping costs to send the safe to the repair facility.
  • Company covers return shipping of the repaired/replaced safe.

Required Steps Before Shipping

  1. Remove the lithium-ion battery (if applicable) and keep it.
  2. Place ONE key in a sealed bag on the outside of the safe.
  3. Write the ticket number on a visible place on the shipping box.
  4. Provide return tracking information as soon as possible.

Important Notes

  • Tracking information is required for the repair team to log your safe into their repair report.
  • Without tracking information, repairs will be delayed.
  • If original retail box and foam padding are unavailable, purchase proper packing materials to prevent shipping damage.
  • Failure to use adequate packing may result in damage to your safe.
