LifePod 10/20 Will Not Open

Experienced Issue: You have just received your LifePod 10/20 it you are unable to open the lid.

Cause: Your LifePod has become pressurized in transit.  LifePods are never shipped in the locked position

Solution: Peel back the protective keyhole cover.  This will release the built-up internal pressure inside the LifePod.  Release the side compression latches and lift the lid to access the interior of the LifePod.

NOTE: Remember to change the mastercode immediately!
