NDS2i/NDS5i SmartStation Factory Reset

Hello Valued Vaultek Customer!

 

Factory Reset

NOTE: A Factory Reset will restore the safe to its default mastercode. All safe programming will be erased and will need to be reprogrammed.  The Factory Reset will only apply to whichever operating mode(ViSN or Essential) the safe is in.  The operating modes operate independently of one another.  A Factory Reset in Essential Mode will not erase any settings in ViSN Mode.

 

1. Unlock the safe with the key.  Leave the key inserted and turned fully clockwise to the unlock position.

2. Press and hold the LEFT PROGRAM and the RIGHT PROGRAM button together for three(3) seconds until the safe keypad beeps and flashes GREEN.

3.  Your safe will restart, and you will hear a welcome chime.
