NOTE: This is only for the first generation WIFI safe and not the ViSN-compatible safes.

 

Your RS Series safe has twenty(20) storage slots.  The first two(2) storage slots are considered the Administrative Prints.

 

Biometric Programming Instructions

NOTE: The following instructions are for programming the administrative prints(Storage Slots 1&2).

1. Open the safe.

2. Press and hold the '2' and PROGRAM buttons together for three(3) seconds until the LCD Screen indicates that the scanner is ready. This is your visual indicator to begin the enrollment process.

3. Place the finger that you wish to enroll, flat on the scanner, until the safe beeps.

4. Lift and reposition the same finger, for a total of five(5) scans.

5. Continue in this manner until the LCD screen indicates 'PROGRAM COMPLETE'.

 

Biometric Programming Instructions 

NOTE: The following instructions are for programming the biometric storage slots 3-20.

1. Open the safe.

2. Press and hold the '2' and PROGRAM buttons together for three(3) seconds until the LCD screen prompts you to scan an Administrative print.

3. Place an Administrative print on the scanner to authorize additional prints.  Once authorized, the LCD screen will indicate that the scanner is ready to enroll.

4. Place the finger that you wish to enroll, flat on the scanner, until the safe beeps.

5. Lift and reposition the same finger, for a total of five(5) scans.

6. Continue in this manner until the LCD screen indicates 'PROGRAM COMPLETE'.
