Overview

This article provides the hotkey combinations and functions for the Lifepod XE Series.

Hotkey Functions

• Fingerprint programming. The operation method is the same as the XR, but without a status LED: Tap P(PROGRAM)

• Master code programming. The operation method is the same as the XR: Press and hold "P"

•  Delete all fingerprints: Press and Hold 1+3 until all keys(1-4) turn RED, then immediately enter the mastercode

• Interior Light Toggle (20s by Default; options include OFF, 20s, and 60s), same as XR: Press and Hold 1+4

• Toggle sound (ON by Default; options include ON, OFF), same as XR: Press and Hold 2+3

• Tamper detection, same as XR: Press and Hold 2+4

• View battery status: Press and Hold 4

Notes: The mechanical key can both unlock and lock. Currently, only the Lifepod XE and XRC mechanical keys have this dual function.
