Hello Valued Vaultek Customer!

To better assist you, we have included a video tutorial for switching your ViSN NMX2i safe to Essential Mode.

To toggle between ViSN and Essential Modes, press the '8' & PROGRAM buttons together for three(3) seconds.

The LCD screen will restart as you change Operating Modes.

If the WIFI icon is missing from the LCD screen, then you have toggled the safe to Essential Mode.

If the WIFI icon is present on the LCD screen, then you have toggled the safe to ViSN Mode.
